: Before participating in classes, we encourage you to share any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns with our instructors. This allows us to tailor your experience for maximum safety and comfort.
Qualified Instructors: Our team is fully trained and certified to guide you safely through each session, ensuring proper techniques and minimizing the risk of injury.

Studio Safety Measures

Clean and Hygienic Space
: Our studio is cleaned and sanitized regularly to maintain a healthy environment for all participants.
Safe Equipment: All equipment is inspected and maintained to the highest standards. We also provide clear instructions for safe usage.
Clean after use: All persons are required to wipe down their equipment after use, sanitising wipes will be provided.

Participant Responsibility

Listen to Your Body
: Pilates should never cause pain. If something doesn’t feel right, stop immediately and inform your instructor.
Follow Instructions: Adhering to your instructor’s guidance helps ensure correct form and reduces the risk of strain or injury.
Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated during your session.
Time: We ask that clients arrive on time, and leave after class to allow preparing and cleaning for the next class.

COVID-19 Protocols

We follow all Queensland health guidelines to prevent the spread of illness, including regular sanitation and appropriate distancing when required.If you are unwell, please let us know and refrain from attending classes until you’ve fully recovered.Your safety is a shared responsibility, and together we can create a positive and secure space for everyone.
