‍2.1 All classes must be booked in advance through our website, by email, or in person.
2.2 Payment for classes or packages is required at the time of booking.
2.3 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.

‍3. Cancellations and Refunds
‍3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a credit or reschedule.
3.2 Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
3.3 Refunds for class packages are only available for unused sessions and must be requested in writing.

‍4. Health and Safety
‍4.1 By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and able to engage in physical exercise.
4.2 If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must inform your instructor before participating.
4.3 The Welleth is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes unless caused by our negligence.

‍5. Studio Etiquette
‍5.1 Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disruption.
5.2 Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for Pilates classes.
5.3 Respect the studio environment and other participants.

‍6.1 We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the

‍Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009.
